Looks like there will be no push-up contest because Taylor Lautner has settled a lawsuit with McMahon's RV, the dealership who failed to deliver Tay Tay's $300,000 RV before shooting began on his new film Abduction.
His lawyer Robert Barta released a statement:
"McMahon's RV has agreed to settle its dispute with Taylor Lautner. McMahon's RV will pay $40,000 to Lautner, which Lautner will donate to The Lollipop Theater Network, a children's charity with which he has a long-standing relationship. The Lollipop Theater Network is a non-profit organization dedicated to bringing movies currently in theaters to children confined to hospitals due to chronic or life-threatening illnesses. The Lollipop Theater Network works with hospitals nationwide, including the greater Los Angeles and Orange County areas."
That's right. You don't mess with Taylor!!

Despite reports that she was out of the running, Jennifer Lopez is in the final stage of negotiations with American Idol.
Sources connected with the deal say that there has been no diva demands or drama - just "typical negotiating."
Lopez may be signed on as early as next week!

They're all sticking around!
Season three of True Blood is coming to a close September 12th, which prompts the question: how many of the fresh faces this season will make it to next year?
Thankfully, we know already that the unbelievably seksi Joe Manganiello has signed on as werewolf Alcide full-time, but what about everyone else?!
Well, we're delighted to hear that according to Nelsan Ellis, his character Lafayette's love interest, Jesus (played by Kevin Alejandro) will be around, too!
Ellis confirms:
"We're partners in crime now, my boy toy, so he will be back."
Amazing! It's about time!
Marshall Allman, who plays Sam Merlotte's troubled brother, Tommy, has also confirmed that he will be returning, as well as Lauren Bowles' wiccan waitress Holly!

Sources claim that the villainous character won't be around for the beginning of the season, but will make an appearance at some point later on!
Oh goodness! We hope he leaves our beloved Viking Vampire Eric ALONE!
